Registration fees must be received by February 1st, 2016 in order to confirm the registration. Registration fees can be paid online with Paypal/credit card or by cheque(s) which can be mailed in or dropped off (more information below). If you are mailing in cheques, we require either the payment be in full or a $50 non-refundable deposit payable immediately with a second cheque for the balance payable February 1, 2016 or earlier. Registrations not paid for by February 1st, 2016 are not considered complete and the affected player will not be permitted to attend assessments.
Any new registrations that are received after the cut-off date of January 15, 2016 will be placed on a waitlist – waitlisted registrants must also mail in their registration fees (online payment is not available for waitlisted registrations) with the players name and division noted on the front of the cheque. Your cheque will not be deposited until the waitlisted player has been placed on a team. If the registration fees are not received then the waitlisted player will not be placed on a team.
Anyone requiring financial assistance can contact the Canadian Tire Jumpstart Program or KidSport. These grants are available to you - you must apply directly for them since we cannot do this on your behalf. Click on
